Why I Do This Work

This offering didn’t start in a strategy session. It evolved organically.

Through building my own agency, speaking, and sitting across from countless founders, I kept noticing something:

I genuinely love solving problems.

I love untangling messy strategy.

I love helping someone see clearly what felt overwhelming five minutes earlier.

In all honesty, it lights me the f*** up.

Over time, I realized I naturally see patterns — in pricing, positioning, time allocation, decision-making, and people. Most founders don’t need more ideas (let’s be real — we’re full of them). They need space to zoom out, see the full picture, and simplify what feels complex.

I have more ideas than I could ever implement inside my own businesses. Instead of keeping that energy to myself, I chose to channel it into helping other founders move forward in theirs.

Every Founder Clarity Intensive follows my CLEAR framework — a structured decision-making method designed for founders navigating growth and complexity.

You don’t need to overprepare. Completing the intake is enough.

Before the session

You complete a detailed intake outlining your offers, revenue (if applicable), time allocation, and the key decisions you’re navigating. I review this in advance so we begin prepared and focused.

During the session

This is a structured, decision-focused conversation. I ask strategic questions, challenge assumptions, and help you see patterns and trade-offs clearly. Expect clarity. Expect alignment. Expect decisions.

after the session

You receive a written summary with key insights, priorities, and concrete next steps to move forward with clarity and structure. You are welcome to book follow-up sessions as needed.

Why don’t you offer complimentary consults?

I’ve found the most respectful way to work — for both of us — is to start with real focus from the beginning.
